In the first instance, we recommend that you contact your local Council or Economic Development Agency.
In addition, we also recommend that you contact your local Police(external link). When contacting the Police, please ensure that you provide the following details for them:
- A brief overview of your event (this should include information about what the event is, the type of event it is, and why it’s happening)
- Number of attendees expected
- Date and time
- Location
- Any specific details you think the Police might be interested in
- Any specific information that you may be seeking from Police
