The template to submit your Stage One Concept Proposal can be found by following the link below. The completed template should be submitted electronically to majorevents@med.govt.nz.

This template is to be completed fully, and to the best of your knowledge.
Where possible, your answers should focus on the following three key questions:
• What are the benefits that will result from the event as a whole, including or excluding Major Events funding?
• What are the additional or incremental benefits that will result from Major Events funding?
• What is the level of support requested?
You should also keep in mind that any benefits identified for your event will be an important focus for your Stage Two application, should you be successful at Stage One. In Stage Two we will be interested in clarifying the value of these benefits and the rationale for our potential funding of them.
