Major Events Strategy

The National Events Strategy has been developed by New Zealand Major Events with relevant input by the Inter Agency Events Group and consultation with regional authorities and private sector groups. The Strategy also outlines the opportunities and challenges we face as we look to build on and extend the event success already achieved. It has been developed to focus on understanding current and future capabilities. The Strategy will be providing support to relevant organisiations for identifying effective major events opportunities.
