New Zealand Events Association

The New Zealand Events Association (NZEA) brings event professionals together and is the industry’s voice. New Zealand Major Events works in partnership with NZEA to support the event sector and promote the development of event practitioners.

Together we have developed best practice major event resources to support the achievement of a consistently high level of major event delivery in New Zealand. These are held in the Major Events Resource Bank.

Memorandum of Understanding with EventScotland

New Zealand Major Events strategic approach includes developing partnerships with international event counterparts where there are common interests.
